Hip Release With Li Tadaa
What many people don’t know is that one of my biggest keys to more joy, alignment, and freedom has been learning how to release my hips. 🌿
It all started when I lived in Mozambique, my first initiation into this practice. Since then, it has become one of the core pillars in all my teachings and courses.
Why? Because the hips and pelvic floor often carry so much stuck-ness, old fear, shame, and tension that keep us rigid and disconnected. When we soften and release here, something magical happens:
✨ The body moves out of fight or flight mode.
✨ We feel safer, lighter, more at home in ourselves.
✨ Movement, joy, and pleasure become available in the present moment.
