In this masterclass we will explore why this happens and how to begin shifting these patterns by recognizing the deeper needs underneath them and learning how they can be met.

What I Call the Ecstatic Bypass
The truth is that even though these ecstatic experiences feel great in the body, we are often still partially leaving the body to get there. There is even a term for this: pleasurable dissociation.
One if the reason it feels so great is because we are leaving our pain of separation behind and experience some kind of blissfull state or even oneness, but then the pain comes back.
So what is actually missing?
It’s often not more intensity.

Often for very young and sensitive parts within us that we don't have patience for because they need the opposite of intensity; slowness, gentleness, and patient presence.
The real challenge is learning how to integrate intense experiences while cultivating this inner softness and self-awareness.
What We Will Explore in the Masterclass
This masterclass is an invitation to look more deeply at the connection between sexuality, ecstatic states, and our attachment needs. Not to reject ecstatic experiences, but to integrate them and to understand what they can and cannot do for us.
Together we will explore how to:
• recognize how much intensity we can truly stay present with
• identify the younger parts within us that often get left behind when we move into intensity
• begin creating a new way of relating to intimacy and intensity where all our parts are included
This is the beginning of building steady and peaceful relationships, where intimacy grows from safety and awareness rather than from unmet attachment needs.

Li has over 15 years of experience with movement and embodiment. Their knowledge of dance and routes to pleasure from traditions around the globe is combined with an understanding of the nervous system, dance therapy, somatic trauma healing, shamanism, and non-duality.
Through their courses, retreats, and programs Dance Into Your Lust and Grow Up, Li has supported over a thousand people in exploring intimacy, embodiment, and emotional growth.
