Welcome to a lustful celebration of dance connection and belonging. My ”thing” is to blend joy with difficult aspects of life and this evening we will explore rejection, jealousy & secure attachment. This is something that relates to us all but today I will bring this closer to those of us who explore open relating or consensual non-monogamy. 

We will start with Life is Rhythm - a dance journey to live drums to connect to our bodies and each other. This will be followed by a workshop exploring the feeling of rejection as well as the experience of putting yourself first and setting boundaries with others. 

Those exercises will enable you to connect deeper with your loved ones and create a healthier way of showing up for each other.

You can be in any kind of relationship or ”singleship” to come, welcome with an open heart and mind!
